Awesome: ‘Good Bad and the Ugly’ Poster

These posters were created for the Drafthouse for their Rolling Roadshow tour. Rolling Roadshow is their program where they bring their portable screen and cinema projector across the country (in this case across the world) and show movies, often in their shooting locations. Tarantino has announced that he will be present at the screenings. If you are in Spain, or have the disposable income to get over there, you can pick up your tickets for this summer’s events at OriginalAlamo.com.

You can pick up the posters (Good, Bad, and Ugly, are all separate posters) for $20 each, or $45 for the whole set.

Brett Ratner Planning to Make Video Game Movies

Brett Ratner has signed a deal with Activision and is planning to make a string of video-game-inspired movies.

Brett’s new company, Brett Ratner Brands, has created commercials for new Activision game Guitar Hero, which aired on TV during the finale of American Idol on Wednesday.

He is hoping to use his relationship with the company to take a slew of computer games to Hollywood.

Ratner tells industry publication Variety, “The games business is much more exciting than the movie business right now. I will be doing movies that come from video games, (now) that I have access to the Activision brain.”

Activision is the company behind the Quake, Doom and Call of Duty video-game series.
